What Our Users Say

Don't just take our word for it. Here's what our users have to say about our Android app.

"Room numbers are wrong for what's in them. App is for older Android devices, but seems functional. Not expensive, so didn't refund, but limited use. Was probably very handy when content matched reality."

Alister Roberts

"Ya no sirve más, las obras están en lugares diferentes a dónde marca la guía y es imposible de seguir"

Federico Fracchia

"Nicely done crisp descriptions with interesting audio guides of the top-must-see works at Reina Sofia. Some works are not in the places as described (due to temporary exhibits) but otherwise this app gives a fantastic background to the Reina Sofia collection. Rothko is missed but hey you know where you to find one! Sal 406!"

Prakash Kumar

"Does not match up with the rooms. Needs updating."

Alice Maschera

"Great idea, lousy execution. My wife and I struggled with this app in the museum trying to find any connection to what we were seeing to what we could hear. The overviews and content itself are high quality and we could find good stuff on guernica and cubism. But trying to find a particular artist and their works was near impossible. What this app needs is a alphabetized listing of artists with each of their pieces classified underneath. Or perhaps let me search on artists name, not just by artists picture You have a real opportunity here and could easily sell packs of apps for people visiting a city. Instead you're left tricking people like me."

"This is a great audio tour for the museum - better than most museum audio guides. Instead of just talking about individual works it also talked about why a room of art was together. Also had a suggested sequence, which worked well. I have a much better understanding of Spanish modern art than i would have otherwise."

Donna Spencer

"The app idea is really good, the content seems interresting, but there is no pictures of the painting discussed, instead we are presented with the photo of the painter. So it was impossible to understand what the discussion is about. I got fed up and wished I took the audio guide from the museum. With just this small finetuning the app would be amazing."

Alex Sbeiti

"Great idea and use of technology. Using a device most people are already carrying to deliver audio commentary rather than hiring a separate physical device widens the base of users, reduces cost and price, and allows richer AV content to be provided. One star removed for some niggles: commentary cut off sometimes a few seconds before the end, a few listings were not up to date with current hanging. Also, coverage was quite sparse for floor 4, and non - existent for the most recent works in the new building"
